TWO STEPS TO A COCO WHITE SMILE

Oh, the unspeakable acts I’ve committed to for a whiter smile ( I might or might not be guilty of trying endless ways to make my pearly whites even whiter), a smile is the prettiest thing you can wear, and I am sure you’ll agree with me. It may sound a bit far-fetched, but there’s something in that, the whiter your smile the happy you are and the better you come across to other people. While any smile is attractive, we all have ideas about what a healthy one should look like. It has been a proven fact that the movement of the facial muscles when you produce a big grin sends a surge of the reward chemical dopamine to your brain – making you happier. TA-DAH! Who doesn’t like a happier, healthy you, I know I do!

I’ve recently came across a natural product that has made me forget about any other expensive tooth whitening treatments, I would like to introduce you to the simple and amazing Coco White, 100% natural coco oil. CocoWhite products originated on the back of a well known practice called Oil Pulling, to provide a 100% natural alternative to the chemical fuelled teeth whitening craze. Ever since, I’ve became hooked, I feel healthier and happier with my smile.

 How does it work?

Oil pulling involves swishing oil around the mouth and has been used for thousands of years as an Indian folk remedy. Normally you’d have to spoon the oil into your mouth then swish it around for 5-10 minutes. However, with CocoWhite they have cleverly created the perfect dosage and packaged inc lean cool starches.

The main benefit of oil pulling is to reduce the amount of harmful bacteria in the mouth. There are actually thousands of different types of bacteria in the mouth. Some of them are friendly, others are not. The bacteria in the mouth create a “biofilm” on the teeth – a thin layer that they use to adhere to the surface. This is what we know as “plaque.”
Having some plaque on your teeth is normal, but if it gets out of hand it can cause all sorts of problems, including bad breath, yellow teeth, gum inflammation, gingivitis and cavities.
The way oil pulling works is simple. When you swish the oil around your mouth, the bacteria “get stuck” in it and dissolve in the liquid oil.
Basically, you remove a large amount of the bacteria and plaque in your mouth each time you do this. Don’t forget, all ingredients are 100% natural and preservative free.

So how long does it last?

Oil pulling, as a daily routine can have endless benefits, not only by whiting your teeth but also, healthier gums, increased energy, decreased headaches and clearers skin; these are only just a few. And of course, all of these will make you a better and happier you!
