This time of the year, skin hydration is mandatory, one thing my skin is most of the time around this kind of cold weather is extra dry and flaky; and I know I’m not just speaking about myself here. Not because I don’t moisturise or use other forms of hydration, but because I’m not necessary using the right products nor having the right regular treatments that I should.
Knowing this, I had the pleasure of testing out and reviewing the Thalgo PEELING MARINE treatment exclusively done at the Beyond Medispa in Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge store.
Before I get into what the treatment does and what I thought about the experience, I wanted to touch on the amazing marine skincare brand Thalgo.

This particular treatment, however, was beautifully performed by the most genteel and calm specialist and made me feel so hydrated, soft and at peace after. The PEEL MARIN treatment is done with their newest cosmeceutical range with acids from fermented micronised marine algae to visibly renew skin quality. And it sure did just that. After a week (that’s when I usually get to see my results from a treatment) my skin was glowing, skin felt plump from a deeper level and by using these 3 products, a few drops at night of the Intensive Resurfacing night serum (waiting 7 days before using it), the Soothing Repairing Balm (used as a night cream or mask) and of course a Sunscreen SPF50+ (used often) as advised to to use after treatment, I noticed this rebalance of skin tone and pigmentation shift almost like an airbrushed effect as if I’ve got a weeks sleep!
